What is Keyplan?
Keyplan is a simple facility application that can be downloaded in the App and Play Store and provides an overview and is a time-saving solution for: holiday parks, campsites, organizations and hotels. Various tasks are performed here on a daily basis. With Keyplan, your colleagues know exactly what needs to be done that day. It replaces logbooks, job sheets, printouts, etc. In addition, Keyplan can be linked to your Booking Experts, so that you can have automatic tasks created within Keyplan and unnecessary communication is prevented.
Fault reports, no problem!
With both the mobile application and the web version you can create tasks or report malfunctions very easily and intuitively. When creating tasks, you can add photos and descriptions, among other things. In addition, you can give a priority to the relevant task, so that it gives a notification and the task is placed at the top of the list of the department or employee concerned.
In fact, anyone can create tasks: the staff, but also your guests (if you use the ‘public notifications’). In this way, the cleaning can create a task if they come across something during a cleaning. For example: a leak in the roof, defective television, broken refrigerator, etc.
Suitable for IOS, Android and Microsoft
Keyplan can be downloaded from the Play Store and App Store. In addition, a web version is available via the computer. Keyplan is suitable for both:

At Keyplan, a variety of tasks are created (automatically). You can assign these very easily via the computer, tablet or mobile. The tasks are forwarded in real-time to the relevant department or employee. As a result, every employee has his personal task overview in view. In addition, it is possible to view the tasks per object.
Clear job overviews
As soon as you have been assigned a task, you will receive all the necessary information to carry out the work. Such as among others:
- Title and Description
- Location, Object Group and Object
- Photos
- History
- Deadline and Time Registration
When you start your work, all you need to do is start and finish your task within your task view on the mobile application. Then fill in the output note and the task will disappear from your overview. As a result, you always have a clear and up-to-date overview of the tasks that you still have to perform. You can find the completed and outstanding tasks on the mobile application and the web version. You can therefore find a clear history structure within Keyplan.
All your maintenance & checks within Keyplan
Within Keyplan you can store all your preventive maintenance and checks. This gives you a clear idea of when maintenance or inspection needs to be carried out to extend the life of your holiday park with the associated objects and installations. Examples of this are:
- Playground equipment control
- Boiler maintenance
-Check check valves - Preventive rinsing for legionella
In addition, you have a fully digital logbook of all work that has been carried out.
An interesting development is the legionella module, with which Keyplan automatically creates flushing tasks if an object is empty for too long, so you can keep legionella under control. In consultation with a number of recurring tasks, you have a fully digital logbook for your legionella prevention.

Because you set your mobile to a specific language, Keyplan takes over the already selected language from your mobile to use it within your personal Keyplan environment.
